ABCkaup OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “We”) is committed to preserving and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms of use and all other documents referred to in them) underpins the processing of the data we collect from you or provide to you. Please read the text below carefully so that you understand our views and practices relating to your personal data and how we process it.

The executor of the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia is ABCkaup OÜ, reg. code 10898002. Our representative Aleksei Käkinen is responsible for the implementation of this policy.

INFORMATION WE MAY ASK YOU TO PROVIDE

We may process the following data about you:

general information (name, surname, date of birth, delivery address of goods, contact phone number, e-mail address), which is provided when filling out forms, ordering goods or services, registering on www.abckaup.ee and is necessary for further realization of our rights and obligations;

about purchased goods, previous orders, payment data, contact information and related information to serve www.abckaup.ee to registered users;

about the use of the website (data collected through cookies and similar technologies related to the use of the internet);

we or a representative of our couriers may ask you to present an identification document (passport, ID card, new driver’s license) to identify the buyer or authorized recipient of the goods before the goods are handed over;

other information collected on the basis of your consent and detailed at the time your consent is sought.

IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

In connection with system management, we may collect information about your computer, including, where such information is available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, and provide aggregated information to our advertisers and business partners. This is statistical data about our users’ online activities and habits, not personally identifiable information.

If you consent to the use of cookies, we may, using cookies stored on your computer’s hard drive, be able to obtain aggregated information about your use of the Internet. Cookies are data that is stored on your computer’s hard disk. They help us to improve our website and offer better and more appropriate user-specific services.

WHERE AND FOR HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Within the specified period of time, personal data is destroyed automatically or this is done by the responsible persons.

DATA MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

We use information about you for the following purposes.

  1. For e-commerce:

so that the content of our website is presented to you and reflected on your computer in the most efficient way possible;

to fulfill the obligations of our contracts with you;

so that you can use our interactive services if you wish;

to notify you of changes related to our services;

to identify the buyer;

to deliver the goods to the address you specify.

  1. For other purposes described in the consent forms submitted to you for approval (promotions, games, sweepstakes, contests, promotion of goods purchased by other customers):

we may use your personal data or, with your consent, share your data with other data recipients to give you information about goods and services that may be of interest to you, for which we or other data recipients may contact you by email or telephone;

if you consent to your data being shared with other data recipients, we (or they) will only contact you by email after we have received your consent;

if you do not want us to use your data or share it with other data recipients for marketing activities, please tick the box on the form where we ask you to provide your data.

We do not provide our advertisers with information that identifies you, but we may give them generalized information about our consumers (e.g., that on such-and-such a day, 500 men under the age of 30 clicked on their ads). We may also use such generalized information to help advertisers reach their target audience (e.g., women). In responding to requests from our advertisers to show their ads to their target audience, we may also use personal information we collect from you.

PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal data to any of our group employees (our affiliates, our parent company holding company and its subsidiaries) in the cases and in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

personal data recipients located in the member states of the European Union and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) are provided with personal data under the same conditions, for the same purposes and in the same manner as personal data recipients located in the Republic of Estonia;

anonymized data (statistics, analysis of results) that we collect through you may be transferred and stored outside the EEA.

Personal data may be transferred to data recipients outside the EEA in the following cases:

when obtaining permission from the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate to provide data to third countries;

with the prior consent of the data subject;

if the transfer of personal data is necessary for the conclusion or commencement of the execution of contracts in the interests of the data processor and the third party data subject;

if the transfer of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract between the data processor and the data subject or for taking measures at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract;

If the transfer of personal data is necessary (or required by law) in the public interest or for the purposes of a court case.

In addition, personal data may be processed by staff working outside the EEA for our benefit or for the benefit of one of our suppliers. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is processed and stored in the manner set out in this privacy policy.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

If we sell or buy any business entity or property, we may disclose your personal information to a future seller or buyer of such business entity or property;

if ABCkaup OÜ or all of the company’s assets are acquired by a third party, the personal data of the company’s customers will be transferred as part of the property;

If we are under a duty to disclose or transfer your personal data to comply with our legal obligations or to fulfill our terms of use, to comply with our terms and conditions of supply and other agreements, or to protect ABCkaup OÜ, our customers, or other rights, property or safety. Such disclosure includes sharing information with other companies and organizations to protect against fraud and reduce the risk of customer insolvency.
